I watched the game and he did indeed make the statement. Struck me as
curious though, if Steve Pagliuca is making all the personnel decisions,
what the heck is Chris Wallace doing.

Anyone have confirmation of the below statement?

"Wyc Grousbeck mentioned he would prefer to package the picks and move up
during the Pistons game. He also said that the final decision wasn't his
call but would be made by co-owner Steve Pagliuca who was making all
personnel moves."
