Not to say I told you so but I know I was one of thos "folks" from the day he was drafted.
But, not to say you told us so, right, Steve? <g>. Anyway, just because the Suns are thinking of or even going to play him at that position, doesn't mean he'll be effective there.

Still, based on the uncertain talent the C's have at PG this upcoming year, and the fact that Rogers was only here for a
half of a season, and Tony Delk is the only asset to show for the Joe Johnson trade makes it very difficult to look at Joe Johnson and not pine away for his potential in green. But, he's gone, as the song goes. Now, if he blossoms into an effective NBA point, that'll be even worse, but it hasn't quite come to that yet.

However, if pressed, I'd have to say I like his chances for becoming a good NBA point, too. He just seems to have the necessary skills, and the mindset, as well. But y'all don't have to twist the knife, do you? It's over, and he's not wearing green anymore.

Let's end of a high note, though: you, and the others who also thought JJ would make a good point, look like you're on your way to being vindicated. But, that rookie scale -- that's too rich for Gaston's blood. Aw, and I wanted to end on the high note... .
