It's a win-win situation for him. He appears to be free of any Celtics bias
this way while getting his readers (a lot whom are probably from his BSG days)
riled up. It's always good for a scribe to create a little controversy. If he's
wrong about this, and the Celtics place higher, he'll write it off to his using
"reverse psychology" or some such crap, or say he was overly influenced by his
distaste for the Baker trade (which he is). If he's right, he ends up looking
smart.
