Actually, Eggy, teams can draft for trade purposes, but we don't do that
either.  You're absolutely right, though. . .whatever tack one chooses to
defend our BT, the argument fails.  There's no justifying our draft results
a year down the road.. . .any draft since Wallace has been involved.  And,
running a team so that you can't afford to pay your DRAFT PICKS in their
first year is ludicrous.  One may say that better players are available for
the money at the FA level, but that doesn't mean you toss away your picks.
