RE:

Why would I be anything less than confident? I want Kidd shooting the ball
because he is not a good shooter in my opinion. He is better at
distributing the ball than he is at shooting. Many of his points come from
the line anyway since the refs like to give him the same benefits which our
guys have not received up to now. Also, I think the fact that we can run 3
guys out there at him will wear his ass down.

I noticed that Baron Davis, who did not shoot very well during their series,
pretty much drove by Mr. Kidd at will. I think we could have a quickness
advantage which should be exploited at every opportunity. Be interesting to
see if they would ever foul Kidd out in the same manner as Davis last night.

I think we better watch out for Kenyon Martin laying the smack down on
Walker or Pierce. This is a guy who doesn't mind giving a thrashing if the
situation calls for a foul. Speaking of fouls, I notice that nobody
mentioned how Stackhouse just plain laid the shoulder, ala Lawyer Milloy,
into Antoine during the last game, which the COTY had the nerve to protest.

Geez Cecil, You are sure confident. I hope it is warranted considering his
stat line from last night.

"Jason Kidd (NJ) had 23 points, 7 rebounds, 13 assists, and 5 steals."
(Thanks to Pat Bender)
