RE: See ya, Spurs

I think he is also, he is a one man show. is it not up after next season?
With Anderson contract coming off is there any way to fit Duncan under our
cap without giving up Antoine? Imagine that 3-some with a guy like Omar Cook
maturing to become a penetrating point.

I watched with about 8mins left in the 4th qtr, with the Lakers TRAILING by
10 points. I
said to my wife, who was making me breakfast (it was 7.30am here in
singapore) "this
doesn't look like a playoff game, it doesn't have the intensity, unlike the
Cs in the
playoffs".

The lakers looked nonchalant even with the 10point deficit. (Phil Jax looked
relax) With 6
mins lefr, they started to WANT to play. The Spurs looked damn SOFT,
couldn't convert any
of their shots. There was 1 play where Duncan dive to the floor getting the
ball, panic
calling a timeout with no laker within 6 feet of him. Slow mo showed Shaq
and Horry having
that couldn't-care-less-expression "you want it? you take it then". wow!

I clenched my fist and exclaimed "Yes!" when Kobe drop in his winning shot
with 5 sec
left. I couldn't believe myself doing that. (no wonder Red said he like to
watch Kobe
play, that guy is clutch)

I want the Cs and the lakers in the finals!!!

San Antonio? They should be called San Antonio Softees. I think Duncan needs
to latch on
with a Eastern team (not magic, they're soft IMO) like the Knicks or Pistons
(maybe the
Cs??) to have any chance at more rings. To get past Shaq and the lakers, you
need brawns
and defense.

Lakers, see you in the finals.
