Bring back Andy Jick

I'm sorry and I know others probably like it, but these introductions are for
the birds.  The Bulls started this malarkey and every team had to play
copycat.  Oh, for the days when Andy Jick merely announced the players, the
crowd went just as nuts and it took less time and didn't look stupid.

Nothing against Greg Dickerson, but this laser show is a fad that I hope fades
away someday.

Let's get NASTY!!
