That's because he weighs about 115 lbs so he's easily jostled by heavy
breathing, harsh words, or gaseous outbursts. The flagrant foul called
against VP on him was a joke as well. Foul? Yes. Flagrant? PUHLEESE!
He sure could reach about a foot over anyone else on the court tho.
