Celts picked another Potapenko like player?

I am not sure about this but I got to see him play a couple of times in TV and
this guy is decent.  He's a PF with pretty good offensive skills but is kinda
slow footed (sounds like a lot like V!)  I don't know if we are really have
the space to sign this player but most probably if signed, he'd take the last
spot in this team.  No impact presence and contributions shoud be expected.

Ps. damn those Knicks got lucky and got Mcdyess and Frank Williams.  lucky or
not, they made their assignment and got rid of a sickly player and an aging
player for a proven PF and a potentially good PG.
