What makes you say that?  Though she "refutes" the grading system, that 
may not be an "actionable issue" as my lawyer friends say.  The reports I 
heard said that she never received much feedback as to her performance, 
and tried to improve on things that were brought to her attention.  She 
may have better luck using that argument.  At any rate, it'll be hard to 
overcome the fact that she was the last-ranked ref out there, and if the 
league can't fire the worst ref, then what can they do?  I agree that 
Violet Palmer was worse, though.  And by far, I thought.  What do I know, 
though?  I think Steve Javie is a terrible official.

And just to be clear, it's not about Kantner and Palmer being women.  
Though, if the issue was all about bad officiating, more than just one ref 
would have been canned.  Other than her not being given adequate feedback 
as to her performance, I don't see on what basis she'd come out with a 
judgement in her favor, though.
