I heard an interesting one yesterday with the Knicks going after Nestrovic
and Keon Clark.

I have also heard the Knicks and Memphis were looking at Jerome James. As
many of us have mentioned James seems to have several suitors.


With Philly also looking at Oakley and Gatling we better add some the low
post help.


I hope the 3 way with Anderson includes Wilcox and something from the
Clippers. Anderson, Battie, and Forte for Olowokandi, Wilcox and Odom
Hopefully Cook will be a steal making everyone for get Kenny.

Is anyone interested in Abdul-Rauf as a backup point? He is playing in the
Dada league

WANDERING CELTICS: Both Rodney Rogers and Erick Strickland ended their
Celtic seasons saying if the Celtics made real and decent offers there would
be no need to shop. After initial meetings with Celtics GM Chris Wallace,
both players are going to shop. Celtics sources said late yesterday that the
shopping was NOT an indications of unhappiness with the Celtics talks, but
rather about gauging real value on the guys. Erick Strickland is expected in
to see the Pacers later next week, and Rodgers' agent has been talking with
the 76ers, and the Knicks. Wallace told media he was not concerned, that he
was willing to wait out the process to insure everyone made the best deal
possible.


Billups seems to be headed to Detroit.
