Look For Chris Wallace To Be Brought Up On Murder Charges

Wallace: Guilty of killing the Celtics chances of contending anytime
soon,
with his disaster of a draft, should be brought up on charges as:

The Great Gazoo isn't walking through that door.....

Eddie Griffin isn't walking through that door...

Kwame Brown isn't walking through that door...

Brendan Haywood isn't walking through that door...

Eddy Curry isn't walking through that door....

Zach Randolph isn't walking through that door....

Tony Parker isn't walking through that door....

Jamal Tinsley isn't walking through that door....

Joe Johnson, however, did walk through that door and came down
with a severe case of Montrossis. That's where you lose all your
confidence, and
become a shell of yourself. At least Montross waited a year before
crashing and burning. Joe cracked after only a quarter of the season,
which should send up big time warning flags.

Kedrick Brown also took a walk through that door, and sprained
his ankle shortly after being elevated to the starting lineup by
Johnson's default .And while Kedrick's a great athlete, a great
shooter, he's not.
Perhaps he'll be the next Tracy McGrady, perhaps he'll
be one of those players that is constantly injured.

Joe Forte walked through that door right on to the IR. No room or
apparent love
for Joe, as he's Auerbach's draft choice and the front office boyos
don't quite
know what to do with him, or have any inclination to find the minutes so
he
can showcase his stuff.

Two lottery picks and the 21st choice in what was
a terrific and deep draft. And this is what the Celtics came out of it
with!

Meanwhile, Chris Worthless has the gall to comment in Sunday's paper
that the
Celtics need a point guard and a big man No ka-ka Sherlock. How long
did it
take you to figure that out.....

And to think the Big Man and the PG were right there for the C's in the
past draft.
No fuss, no waiting around for the next two years to acquire them.
Hell,
they didn't even need to trade up, though the Great Gasol or Griffin
would have been just
what the Celtics needed.

Nope, Worthless could have taken his pet project Brown at 11 and still
come
up with a Center or PF (Haywood or Randolph) at 10, and one of the PGs
at 21.

After all, shooting guards are a dime a dozen, and with free agency
being what it is today,
if Wallace felt the need for an off guard that could provide offense, he
could
have always signed a good one in Jimmy Jackson. Or the Celtics could
have got by this season using Strickland (another available free agent)
at off guard,
while Kedrick developed.

All in all a poor job of GM-ing, and good luck trading Calbert Cheaney,
I mean Joe Johnson, for a quality Big Man.
