player salaries no longer on RealGM

Ouch..  RealGM stopped listing player salaries on 1/23.  A note on their
website says as much, but provides no reasons why.  They still have their
Trade Checker up, but it only lists salaries in terms of ratios and the
accuracy comes into question now.  Also, the future salary and projected cap
information for each team, appears to be completely gone now.
