Let me put this this way. When you are at home, you are driving to the hoop 
and you get hit with body contact in the air, and your jersey is the highest 
selling jersey in the NBA, you should be at the line. That is just the normal 
NBA. Many times the refs call a late foul in this kind of situation. But they 
weren't into the game, not attentive. That was the problem.

 However, Kobe got taken down hard too. So did McGrady. Maybe the league is 
perferring the little guys like Iverson....better role model....

Worse than being non-attentive is when they are being inconsistant. Then the 
players don't know what is going to be allowed. This was also a severe 
problem last night...
