posted it last season and it is an eye opener.
   Kestus; you make a very good point about recruiting, but Mark had
mentioned, that the following year there was a pretty big turnaround, with
an new coach and most of the same players.
   Don't discount strategy, the great coaches always seem a step ahead of
the rest. Then, there's match-ups and that intangible; demeanor, that
everyone cringes at; players and referees alike. Remember Red's scowl? Look
at Silas, when he's mad at the ref's, or one of his players. Even
millionaire players, have  hate coming back to the bench, when he's that mad
at them. I expect they'll try a little harder the next time.
