RE: El-Amin vs. Herren

Wasn't El-Amin CUT by Chicago? Relax. Herren is a few inches taller.
Though I like El-Amin, I'm not sure he is as valuable as a taller back up
PG. If he was Iverson sure. But if he wasn't going to take Palacio's job
outright your still talking about a 3-4 string PG. Defense is key to getting
that job. Most teams will be less then 15 players next year according to
reports. El-Amin may be available again next year, as well as others.

I'm looking forward to see if the new kid's can play pro ball. If these
guy's are as good as the pundents say then we will have a good "team" in a
couple years. The team blew the last duel pick draft. We'll see on this
one. So far sounds good.

Why didn't we just sign Khalid. I mean what do you
have to do in training camp to impress someone enough
to give you a measly one-year contract.

I am a big supporter of Herren, but I feel after he
was injured he was used rather unfairly and quickly
discarded. I don't see that changing.

I knew this would come back to haunt us.
