Trade idea

I know, I'm not the GM, but here's a trade that I believe could make  
the C's  serious contenders. It is trade # 404851 at realgm.com:  

Portland trades:  Steve Kerr $2,406,250 to Boston
                                  
Portland trades:  Dale Davis $7,010,000 to Boston
                                  
TOTAL:   $9,416,250       
   

    
Boston trades:  Kenny Anderson $8,350,000 to Portland  
TOTAL:   $8,350,000  

Portland needs a point guard, so Kenny might fit the bill. (I might  be
  mistaken, but aren't they paying part of Kenny's salary  anyway?)  

Steve Kerr would basically be a throw-in to make it work under the  cap.
