You will not get blasted by me.  On the contrary, I appreciate your honesty.

I was in a situation, as a coach on the baseball field, where I have played
individuals that I knew where inferior to some teammates.  But that was the
only true way of having them realize that they were not as capable as
others.  Some think it is unfair to the team as a whole to do this but we
were forced to play everyone for a while when we were a club sport.

I didn't really hope for individual failure, as you did with Bellisari, but
it was obvious that they were not as proficient as they had previously
believed at their position of choice.
