I realize this goes on but all teams do it.  Most crossovers are carries.  
Shuffeling of the feet when players are shooting.  Players bulling into the 
lane.  Players hooking when going by the defense etc...  It just goes on.  
It has been that way forever.  Teams have to work with it.  If the Refs 
called the game by the book the game would be in slo motion.  and.... lets 
not even get on the travels while dunking :)
