You didn't pick out the most interesting part of the article. The reason they 
are planning to move Walker to part time point guard is to allow room for 
Moiso:

took over. O'Brien admitted that Moiso might have had more of a chance to 
develop NBA experience had he not become interim head coach in January. As it 
was, O'Brien preferred to go with more veteran players. But there could be a 
window of opportunity if the best solution to the Celtics point guard 
situation is playing Antoine Walker at the point for 20 minutes a game. In 
that case, there would be more room for Moiso to grow during actual 
competition.
