This is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Why not include other 
ridiculous offers such as Walker and the 3 no. 1s for Jerome Williams .  Why 
would anyone think we would accept any offer we have a chance in getting the 
first overall pick in? You can make up anything you want and then say the 
Celtics nearly accepted it. This is just Vescey junk. Never trade future 
talent to dump salary unless you have a sure thing signing as a free agent. 
If this did happen, the Celtics brass would be run out of town. Funny how the 
Celts still get ridiculed for trades that they don't make....
