left Detroit and flew to Boston on Monday. Boston's a great city and a
beautiful place. I worked out Tuesday and it was a great workout, one of the
harder ones I've had. These team workouts are becoming easier since I
started about a month ago, although the one for the Celtics was probably the
most difficult one I've had. It's a good thing I didn't go to Boston for my
first workout! There were only two people and it was a lot of running and
shooting. It wasn't so much of a killer workout, but some of the workouts
are more structured and tougher and this was definitely one of them. Plus
there were only two of us, which makes it harder -- me and Damone Brown
