Draft question

Hi.

    I don't get involved much in the draft talk, but I wonder about Gasol - people keep mentioning that other teams want someone who will help right away - if ever a team needed immediate help, it's the Celts - how many more years do we have to wait until they're a really good team?  I'm running out of patience.
