dear god

please help. i am visiting my wife's family in los angeles and my father-in-law, who is otherwise a very nice man, has the lakers' victory parade and celebration on tv. god, is there any way you can keep this from happening again next year? i mean they are already calling the lakers a dynasty and it is really making me sick to my stomach. now i know you have many other things to worry about and despite all the praying i sometimes see at sporting events i know you really don't concern yourself with sports and sporting events that much. however, i feel that in the interests of fair play and justice that you really need to help us out in this upcoming draft. after all you already took two of our more promising young players home early. and while this is now ancient history i can't help but feel that you owe us one. so god, what i'm asking is if you in some way could give us a sign as to which players to choose in the upcoming draft. seeing as how you are all knowing you are aware that we have 3 first round picks. what we would all like to know is which 3 guys to pick. so please, god, give us some insight and help make things right. provide us the players and they'll do the rest. i'm not asking for any divine intervention mind you, just some guidance as to who to pick in this upcoming draft.
