I remember how Larry solved it.  He had a game in which he passed up
virtually every shot, and then made some commet to the media that they
would have to ask Jimmy Rodgers about it, because he was the one who said
Bird should be a point forward.  It was tantamount to Bird calling Jimmy
an a-hole.  Nobody but Larry could get away with that.  Incidebtally,
Rodgers never called Larry a point forward after that.
