Praise for Herren

This from Lacy Banks of the Chicago Sun Times, as suggested by the Boston
Sports Guy:

Poor man's Jason
Boston Celtics coach Rick Pitino calls second-year guard Chris Herren a poor
man's Jason Williams. But Pitino might have an even better player than the
Sacramento Kings' exciting point guard.
Herren plays under control more than Williams and is a better shooter.
Herren came off the bench Friday to score 17 points in 19 minutes on 5-for-9
shooting, including 3-for-5 from three-point range. He also had a game-high
seven assists.
Some have suggested the Celtics' starting point guard, Kenny Anderson,
better beware of former Bull Randy Brown taking his job. But now both of
those guys have to contend with Herren.
