Jim, my man, I've seen enough of Moiso and Blount in the ESPN game;
42 wins is just one over .500.  If we can win a few road games, beat the
Bulls and Clippers, etc. we should be there.  Other good omens include

The Return of Pitinoball
Paul's miraculous recovery/readiness for a breakout season
Antoine's play in the second half of the season 
A hugely upgraded bench both offensively and defensively
and
The original rookie-of-the-month Adrian Griffin, before his injury.

42 wins is conservative.  It could be more like 44!
