Re: What Will Be Considered Pitino's Biggest Mistake?

His biggest mistake is not being able to galvanize the team into a unified
team with a vision. I thought the rhetoric early in his career with the
Celts led to much optimism. It was indeed a tall order to fill. He dug and
continues to dig his own grave. He now has a mix of players who do not know
basic basketball including Walker and Pierce. At least their salvageable.
He could do us a favor of getting us into the cellar again and then
vacating the premises and let someone else plan our future. Unless some
team in the NBA is desparate, his career is over. He definitely belongs in
College. He's a good man, tried hard but failed miserably.
