These guys are outrageous!

To say that the team lost the game, not the officials, is only part of the
story.

If the officials call the fouls when they happen then it can take a player
off the court because of foul trouble.  Whether or not the fouled player
makes the FT's is only half of it.

The player who has the foul called against him becomes more tentative on
defense AND offense.  Or that "Starter" is replaced by a second string
player.  Who do you want Battie/Walker/Pierce/ VP etc... posting up against
the Starter or the Sub. ?  Who do you want them defending?

This is where these lazy, overweight, out of shape referees ruin a game.

The NBA went through a referee strike and didn't lock them into a 12 month
employment contract?  That has conditioning and skill requirements?

Does anyone know how to email the league offices?

PS. As disappointed as I am in the final outcome of the last two games, this
years team is playing better then last year.  It is some of the same
old/same old for a couple of the players and their decisions or lack of
sustained effort, but some progress.

If the league fines Walker I hope the team stands behind him and refuses to
pay the fine.  If the league can't supply qualified referees then they
deserve to be berated when they ruin the effort of the players.  There is no
way they missed those calls at the end of the game.  No Way!  Or they
deserve to be fired on the spot.
