Celts' needs

I will accept a simple, straight-forward draft pick of D. Johnson at
#11. But I would prefer that we maneuver a bit and get two players at
draft time. If this is a deep draft, we should put one of next year's
choices plus Kenny or ? up and try for two of the top 20 players.

I suggest we go for OO and Desmond Mason, giving us a shot-blocker
for defense and a #2/3 who is athletic and could play behind Pierce
and Griffin. Then, get a point in round two who can distribute the
ball and play defense. Or, trade for a point.

I don't think we're far away. Nor do I think el Busto is beyond
helping us. Look at the inconsistency of Camby; it just takes a
while, including consistent playing time, for these guys to move their
feet in the rhythm of the game. If Pierce and Walker and Griffin come
back ready to play--we know VP will be ready--then, with a few astute
additions, I feel good about our chances.

Looking forward to June.
