Alessandro on Kenyon Martin

<snip>
Kenyon Martin figures to be the top pick in the draft, but
if the
Bulls win the lottery, they'll likely pass or trade down
for obvious
reasons. That's fine with him.

"No matter where I go, I just want to play a significant
amount of
minutes where I can help the team," the Cincinnati Kid
said. "I don't
want to play 20 minutes a game, I want to go somewhere I'm
wanted and
needed. Elton is a great player, and I don't want to take
that away
from him, or his minutes. And I don't want him to take away
from my
minutes. I would prefer to go to a team that has an
immediate need
for a power forward."

His broken leg has healed, by the way, and he's ready to
work out for
potential employers. . . .
