Bird is "definatly" trying to buy the Celtics!

Jackie McMullen was on the Fabulous Sports Babe today and this is what
she had to say regarding the Celtics:

"Larry Bird is definatly putting together a group of investors to come
up with an 'extravagant' sum of money to bring Gaston to the table."

"Pitino put his feelers out to New Jersey, but NJ wants to go in a
different direction, otherwise, Pitino would have stepped down at the
end of this season and gone there."
