Creating shots for teammates

This is the Celtics biggest problem, nobody does this. Kenny does it once in 
awhile but he does, it is usually only when they guy has gotten open on his 
own. Walker has the ability to demand a double team and then has the ability 
to pass to inevitable open man. Nobody else has talent to do this. That is 
why the Celts can play so great and then stink because they depends so much 
on Walker to create open shots for players and if he is looking to do that...
