Hey Celt,

The Boston Celtics, who have won 6 of 8 and have climbed to within 1 1/2 games of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference will do their best to contain Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday, March 22nd. The 24 year old, who is averaging a double double (22.9 points, 12.1 rebounds) will lead Minnesota into the FleetCenter for the only time this season.

This game represents a brief respite from the road for the C's, who have played three games away from Boston in the last five days. Afterwards, they will immediately head back on the road for three more games; a crucial stretch in their hunt for a playoff berth.

The T-Wolves, 37-26, are just about guaranteed a playoff spot in the Western Conference. However, they are still jockeying for a post-season position. If the season were to end today, Minnesota would be the 6th seed in the conference.

The Celtics will look to improve on their notable 22-11 record at the FleetCenter, but Minnesota is one of only seven teams in the NBA that owns a winning record on the road, tallying 18 victories against 14 losses.

Tickets are still available for Wednesday's contest at the FleetCenter. The game will tip-off at 7:00 p.m. Tickets, which start as low as $10, may be purchased at the FleetCenter Box Office, or through TicketMaster at (617/508) 931-2222. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.
