I've stayed on the sidelines through most of the past few weeks -- mostly due 
to an aching back but also because I didn't think there was any point of 
trying to contribute in the current climate.  There seems to be so much glee 
on the part of the anti-Pitino faction that posters can't wait to post the 
next "Bury Pitino" or "We Stink" article.

I must say that I'm disappointed by the teams play of late. We have some 
talented players but the mix just isn't right.  We have needs but they aren't 
as drastic as they are portrayed and once they are filled this team will make 
great strides -- but not until then. Fault lies with everyone. 

I, for one, would have been happier to be proven wrong and see the team doing 
better than I expected (even tho I expected more than this) but I guess some 
people just rather be right.
