Year of Hell - Day 1 begins...

I guess Jersey Red was right, Pitino did really have the Jones for
Moiso. Hard to believe he bypassed Alexander, a ROY candidate with
a big chip on his shoulder now, since he went so late in the 
lottery. 

As far as Mosio goes, it will be interesting, as to exactly how,
Pitino sells this?

It will be enlightening to learn, as to what exactly, Moiso adds to 
the club. Another tweener forward, for a team that needed a shooting
guard, a center upgrade, and a point. 

Moiso hasn't shown that he can rebound, block shots, or perform at
a consistent level, three things the C's are sorely lacking.

Goodbye to Fortson or Battie. That all important meeting today between
Gaston and Pitino must not have gone well. 

Or was it simply a case of tryout puppy love? Pitino fell in love with
Moiso for better or likely worst, and then bypassed the more logical
player.

Maybe Moiso, freed from the confines of college and poor coaching, will
be everything Pitino sees in him.

Or maybe, it's another case of Pitino in his delusional state, 
thinking that he can motivate a player to be better than
he's shown. It didn't work for Travisa Knight or Tony Battie.

Whatever the case, the drama will play out over the ensuing months
for this lottery bound team.
