Who do you think will get Miles? (non Celtics)

Do you think Orlando will trade up to 3 to get Miles and snatch him before the Bulls?

 

Or do you think the Bulls will trade with Vancouver and get him at #2.

 

That would be funny if Orlando thought they had him at 3 but the Bulls got him at 2.
