Great guide, Josh.  Here are a few comments.

Here is my mock lottery:
 1. Nets - Kenyon Martin 
 2. Grizzlies - Stromile Swift 
 3. Clippers - Marcus Fizer 
 4. Bulls - Joel Pryzbilla (takes a risk that Miles will fall to 7)
 5. Magic - Chris Mihm 
 6. Atlanta - Darius Miles 
 7. Bulls - DerMarr Johnson
 8. Cavaliers - Courtney Alexander
 9. Rockets - Mike Miller
10. Magic - Erick Barkley
11. Celtics - Jamal Crawford or DeShawn Stevenson (hard to say)
12. Mavericks - Olumide Oyediji
13. Magic - whoever is left between Crawford and Stevenson

Oyediji is also a wild card pick for the Celtics.  It is really hard to say 
who the Celtics want at this moment, but it will most likely be a guard.

Whoever takes Richardson will get lucky, he should still be a star in the 
league even though he didn't meet expectations after everyone hyped him up.

Tsak will drop out of the lottery but might be taken by the Bucks or Sonics.  
Most teams don't want to deal with his contract hassles.

We should step away from the Claxtons, Barkleys, and Cleaves and should just 
sign a free agent like Wayne Turner, Chris Herren, or Jacque Vaughn.  Even 
though the rookies might be better than their FA counterparts, its better to 
choose the best talents we can get.
