Celts skip LA
The Celtics canceled plans to play in next month's Los Angeles pro
summer league. The club will host its own league later in the month.

Word around the league is the Celts are examining several personnel
avenues. And while they're considering drafting a foreign player, they
may have their eyes on a couple of already drafted overseas big men who
have yet to play or make an impact in the NBA.
