RELATED MAGIC NEWS- ........ The Magic have also had contacts with Danny 
Forston, and the Celtics regarding a sign and trade. Its been rumored that 
maybe Fortson would be swapped out right for Ron Mercer. But reports say that 
Ron Mercer is at the top of New Jersey's list. NJ gained a $3.8 million 
exception from the Jayson Williams retirement, and have offered it to Mercer, 
who is said to be interested. I have heard that the
Magic's interest in Fortson, may not be in keeping him, but rather to sign 
and trade Mercer for Fortson, to turn around and deal Fortson to the Knicks. 
Its not clear exactly who the Magic want from New York, I have heard 2 viable 
names mentioned- Marcus Camby and Kurt Thomas.........
