effect of Duncan staying put

Bill Simmons points out that with Duncan staying,
and McGrady going to Orlando
neither Chicago nor Detroit have any chance of getting
a marquee superstar.  That might make them finally
give us a good deal for Antoine.  Marcus Fizer? Jamal
Crawford?  Lottery picks?  I would think Elton Brand
would be the only untouchable.  Believe it or not, I want
to see what David Vanderpool can do before we trade 
Antoine for a Jamal Crawford package....
