Re: Fortson & Moves




That's my point, John.  The odds are overwhelming that he'd want a sign
and trade deal, in which case we'd get something for him.  Gugliotta
wanted the sign and trade, but McHale nixed it to keep him out of LA.  The
Mavs got nothing for Samaki Walker, because thats what he was worth.

I reiterate.  Don't panic just because the trade deadline is upon us.  If
there is a good deal on the table, take it.  Otherwise, lets see what the
spring brings.
