Totally annoying

Here's what Pete May had to say about the game:

"The Celtics got 28 points from Antoine Walker, but individual numbers
are meaningless in a rout ofthis ilk. The team shot 40 percent and had
only 19 assists."

Of course, Uncle Peter neglects to mention that Antoine shot 55%. But
you can be damn sure that if Walker had stunk up the place, May wouldn't
have said THAT was meaningless. And if it had been Pierce scoring 28 and
7, May probably would have written that "the one bright spot in the game
was Paul Pierce." let's give credit where credit is due.
