As I suspected, the "authorities" are investigating whether or not Phils
and Wesley were "drag racing."  If so, Wesley could be charged.  That
would  add more tragedy to this situation.  But, with the way Mecklenburg
authorities are going after Rae Carruth, death penalty announced
yesterday, I would be surprised if Wesley is not charged with something.

If you to the State Newspaper site, it has a link on Phils.  That takes
you to an AP site on NBA basketball with several articles on Phils.
