If it can't get worse . . .

I think we've been staring down some cruel, hard fate.  We catch these
two-bit teams when they have career nights.  Also, they see a possible
win vs. the Celts and pour it on.  We would be above .500 if we could
handle the weak sisters.  But that's part of being mediocre.

We should admit that Bibby and Rahim and Harrington are talented. 
Can we match that?  Well, yes.  But we're still floundering, trying to
find ourselves, hoping the bench will be the difference.  We lack a
difference maker off the bench.  Barros and Cheaney and Walter don't
bring that.  

Still, I think we will get rolling.  Many of the others are also
mediocre.  The streak begins Wednesday.  You heard it here first.
