Hi Rob, 

Yes, Anderson is an unrestricted free agent. I was talking about the
plan that Tom had to grab a free agent in 2002, when Paul's class
becomes available. I meant to use Anderson and Taylor as examples
of what I was calling "marginal free agents" - desirable talents 
but probably not worth the max. Anyway, you're right, when I re-read
it, what I wrote is confusing =) I'll just leave it at that.
