Come Rock With the Jocks!  The Celtics will host their 6th annual Rock With the Jocks event on Monday, March 6th, 2000 at The Rack in Boston.  Fans will have a chance to meet Rick Pitino and all the Celtics players, as well as shoot pool with the athletes and participate in a silent auction featuring great autographed sports and entertainment memorabilia.

Admission is a $30.00, and includes complimentary food and beverages (beer and wine) until 7:30, as well as all billiards costs and a great Celtics gift bag.  Best of all, all proceeds will go to Boston’s Home Team, a partnership between the Celtics and the Fannie Mae Foundation that helps revitalize Boston’s inner-city neighborhoods.

Tickets for this event are limited, and are on sale now through Ticketmaster.  They can be purchased at the FleetCenter Box Office, at the Rack on 24 Clinton Street in Boston across from Faneuil Hall, or at any Ticketmaster outlet.  They are also available via phone by calling (617/508) 931-2222 or on the internet at www.ticketmaster.com.  You must be 21 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
