Bown involved in trade

Forgive me if you know this, but Bruce Bowen was said to be a throw-in
in the Kukoc/Larry Hughes trade. He's going to the Bulls ... pray for
him.

Not a bad trade for all concerned. Chicago gets a lottery pick for
Kukoc; Philly gets rid of a problem and adds the scoring three they
want; and Golden State gets a young 2-guard with unlimited potential to
go with their young frontcourt players. At the very least, it's an
improvement over the last time they traded a #1, for Mookie Blaylock.
