I agree that he is extremely funny and insightful. I think it is because he 
is a clever guy who loves sports as much as we on the list do. I am glad he 
isn't  a self proclaimed  'insider'. IMO he is just cynical enough to 
report on New England sports in the proper manner. He isn't dropping names 
or making up 'rumors' like alot of todays columnists feel is the way to 
report sports. Just my thoughts and YMMV. Later.Mike
