X-man on the radio

Recently, Xavier McDaniel was in the car dealership that our local
sports talk show is broadcast out of three nights a week.  (Looking at
Expeditions).  He came on the air and since one of the hosts is a Celtic
fan, they talked about his Celtic experience.  He explained that he made
someone  in the front office mad and that Ford was told not to play him.

Assuming that there is truth to this, was Gaston running the team then?
And if so, do you think that he is "interfering" and suggesting trades,
who gets minutes etc.?
